What a difference a photo makes! Last year, I made this lovely 5 tier wedding cake decorated with over-piped edible cake lace and sugar roses, for a wedding at the lovely London Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, but my rushed photo at home couldn't come anywhere close to this beautiful shot taken by Alexandre Pichon Photography.  My sincere thanks to Alexandre for kindly allowing me to use this photo.

Celia came to me with a few cake designs that she liked and between us, we designed this elegant 5 tier cake with beautiful edible Cake Lace, midnight blue ribbon, pearls, surname initial monogram and topped with a hand-made sugar peony.
