Wedding Cake 'Karishma'

Congratulations to such a lovely, sweet couple - Karishma & Jo. They had a 4 tier cake - in vanilla, a Ferrero Rocher inspired chocolate-hazelnut, and zesty lemon sponges - decorated with sugar ruffles, diamond embossing with gold dragees, their specially designed monogram and finished with purple hand-made roses and purple ribbon.  All set up, ready for the bride and groom at The Fennes Estate, Essex.

Spanish Tile Wedding Cake

Debbie & Dan have a love of all things Spanish and wanted their wedding cake to reflect this - and this Spanish tile stencil was just perfect!  Two tiers of vanila sponge with jam & buttercream and one of champagne flavour sponge with strawberry buttercream.  ps; this isn't a front view of the cake... I made sure the front aspect was nicely aligned.

Friends Cake

A couple of years ago, I had the pleasure of making Annique & Lee's wedding cake.  A couple of times since the, Annique has contacted me to make celebration cakes, but sadly I had been fully booked.  This time, however, I was delighted to be able to make her cake - and for her 30th birthday, no less!  It was the same flavour as her favourite tier from her wedding cake - chocolate-orange.  I hope you had a fabulous day, Annique!
