Willy Wonka Bar Mitzvah Cake

This unique one-time-only cake was a collaboration with artist Lisa Martin who sculpted the shape from polystyrene before we then decorated it as if it were cake - so we used real chocolate paste, sugarpaste, mini marshmallows and coloured sugars.  The river flowing from the factory all the way around the cake to the chocolate waterfall at the bottom is real melted chocolate.  The small from this cake was just incredible!!

70th Birthday Cookies

I enjoyed doing these cookies... there were 5 dozen of them in total. The customer asked for green and white but didn't have any other specific requests.  I didn't really know how else to decorate them (for a man). So some plain and some with spots. Vanilla butter cookies, decorated with royal icing.

Very last minute birthday cake, ordered by my boys' barber when I took them for a hair cut yesterday!

As it was so last minute, I was somewhere limited to what I had in stock to use, but I think this is a great cake, considering!  The bird was hand-cut.
