Drip Cake

With the randomness of the drips and placement of chocolates, I love how no two drip cakes are ever the same!  Mikisha's mum ordered her this champagne & strawberry drip which was covered with white chocolte ganache with a milk chocolate drip.  She had already purchased the topper herself.

50th Birthday Drip Cake

Happy 50th Birthday to Lynn who celebrated with a birthday meal out with friends. Chocolate sponge with vanilla buttercream, covered with whipped milk-chocolate ganache and dark-chocolate ganache drips... topped with Maltesers. How do you make a decadent chocolate cake EVEN MORE decadent? By having gold Maltesers! And why not?!

Chocolate Drip Cake

These drip cakes are like buses, LOL!  You wait ages for the opportunity to do one then two come along at once! (well - the same week!)  Chocolate cake covered with white chocolate ganache and decorated with a dark chocolate ganache 'drip'.  The 50th birthday cake was topped with the birthday girl's favourites - Toblerone, Maltesers and Daim.  And the 15th birthday cake (for my son!!) had Maltesers, Crunchie, Curly Wurly, Matchmakers, fudge and marshmallows!

Wedding Cake 'Charlotte'

Wedding Cake 'Charlotte'... Beautiful 4 tier wedding cake, finished in royal icing, with ombré tones of bronze and gold and decorated with roses and hydrangea. This would also work with buttercream or white chocolate ganache if royal icing isn't for you!! Many thanks to Celebration Cakes by Catherine Scott for allowing me to copy their original design.
