White Chocolate Wedding Cake

Congratulations to Navdeep & Daryl who were married today at Langton House.

I made the wedding cake for Navdeep's sister, Anita,  5 years ago (Crikey!  That's frightening how quickly the time's gone!) and so I was honoured that they came back to me when it was Navdeep's wedding.  3 tiers of light vanilla sponge with jam & buttercream, covered with white chocolate ganache and finished with white chocolate cigarellos and fresh flowers to match the bride's bouquet.

My very warmest congratulations to Annique & Lee who were married last weekend. I love this pleat effect 4 tier semi-stacked wedding cake that they chose, with blushed pink hand-made sugar roses.

Rose Ruffle Wedding Cake

My very warmest congratulations to Amy & Elliott who were married at The Rosewood, London.  Amy wanted her cake to include 'rose ruffles' with a hint of pink as well as rose gold.  The decoration detail was added with hand-piped royal icing decoration, as well as some white edible cake lace and their monogram that featured on the invitations, place settings and menu cards.
