8" vanilla sponge filled with jam and buttercream and covered with marzipan and sugarpaste.  The bow, ribbon and pearls are all edible, made from modelling paste (each pearl was hand-rolled).  Edible image for the 'card'.

12" chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with sugarpaste - on an 18" cake board.  All decorations hand-cut from modelling paste and the inscription hand-piped in royal icing.
