Congratulations (or 'mazeltov') to Alex on the occasion of his Bar Mitzvah.  Alex is a fanatical Arsenal supporter and so there was only one style of cake that was going to do!  10" round + 6" ball cakes in caramel flavour sponge with buttercream.  Hand-rolled balls around the base and edible images on the sugarpaste scarf.
