I had a wedding consult this afternoon with such a lovely couple (and the bride-to-be's mum!) I'm really looking forward to the cupcake tower of daisy cupcakes - zesty lemon sponge with light lemon Italian meringue buttercream and vanilla sponge filled with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream, topped with a sugarpaste disc. I think it's going to look so pretty, and with 7 tiers full of cupcakes, really impressive, too!!
