Pickle Rick

This was my son's 16th birthday cake.  I have two confessions... a) I have NO IDEA who or what Pickle Rick is, but my elder son said that it was THE cake to make for him. b) I'm ashamed that it's not on a proper, covered cake board, with an inscription.  However, in my defence, I was just getting over a chest infection (confirmed non-contagious by my doc!) and a flare-up of asthma... so he very nearly didn't get a cake at all.  My son loved it, however, and that's all that mattered!
