Contemporary Wedding Cake

Well that was a first!! I've made a fair few wedding cakes... but this was the first time that I was *at* the wedding as a guest, too! Talk about extra pressure!! Fortunately, everyone loved the cake and I must admit I took great pride at seeing Melissa and Brian cut the cake!
5 tiers of chocolate sponge with home-made chocolate fudge frosting, with hundreds of hand-cut paper 'feathers' which were then individually dusted to colour them.
