Gold & Ganache

Ganache Swirl Cupcakes
My son asked me if I might have a cupcake spare (he knew I was baking some today) as it's his teacher's birthday tomorrow and he REALLY wanted to take a cupcake in for him.

So I baked an extra half dozen, made some ganache and voila!! I'm taking them in at pick-up this afternoon.
