It's my dad's 65th birthday today. He loves Mr Kipling's Fondant Fancies... well, he hasn't got a Mr Kipling Fondant Fancy.... he has a Mrs Clayman Fondant Fancy, LOL!! 2 x 6" square cakes, each filled with a layer of jam and buttercream then stacked and covered with yellow sugarpaste - and not forgetting that lovely blob of buttercream on top!
