Happy 10th birthday to a young man who loves maths!  All the 'sums' on the top tier equal 10...  My son, who is doing A Level maths, wanted to get a bit clever with the equations, but I told him I'd keep to simple maths that I can understand!!  Two tiers of chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream, then covered with chocolate ganache before being covered and decorated with sugarpaste.  All decorations hand-cut and hand-piped.
