Surfboard & Camper Van Cake
The theme of Josh's party was surfboards and camper vans and so I
incorporated both into this colourful cake. Josh has a few food
allergies (including egg and nuts) and so the bottom tier was chocolate
biscuit cake (a bit like rocky rock!!) and the top tier was egg-free
rich chocolate sponge!
