I realised this morning that I've made all of Harry's birthday cakes! I'm afraid I don't know who to credit with the original design, as the customer sent me a pic of the cake she wanted. Inside, to match the monkey theme, is banoffee cake - banana flavour sponge, spread with caramel and filled with caramel flavour buttercream!
