Green Man cake

Green Man Cake
I must admit that I hadn't heard of The Green Man until someone requested one on a cake. But good old Google came to my rescue, once again. I'm afraid this is one of those cakes where the photo does NOTHING for it. But the customer must have been pleased, because she sent me this lovely email last night:

Hi Suzanne,

Just wanted to say a big thank you for the cake.

It was absolutely stunning and my dad was really impressed. He said it was the best cake he had ever seen and really made his evening!

I will definitely recommend you in future.
