I know it's not cake...

I know it's not cake... it's an individual apple pie & custard - made with orange infused pastry.
But sometimes, you get these ideas and you've just got to go with them, right? I tried one - in the name of reasearch, of course - and if I say so myself, IT WAS DELICIOUS! :o)
