Chocolate Drip Cake

These drip cakes are like buses, LOL!  You wait ages for the opportunity to do one then two come along at once! (well - the same week!)  Chocolate cake covered with white chocolate ganache and decorated with a dark chocolate ganache 'drip'.  The 50th birthday cake was topped with the birthday girl's favourites - Toblerone, Maltesers and Daim.  And the 15th birthday cake (for my son!!) had Maltesers, Crunchie, Curly Wurly, Matchmakers, fudge and marshmallows!

Bridesmaids Cookies

I'm more than a little bit in love with these!  I just love how JoĆ«lle presented these cookies to her sisters and friends, asking them to be her bridesmaids.  Hand-cut, royal iced cookies with free-hand piping.  Thank you for the photos! x

Born to Shop

This 70 years young lady loves to shop and so her daughters knew exactly what sort of cake they wanted for her (in caramel flavour sponge with caramel flavour buttercream!)  Wishing her the happiest of birthdays!

Dear Zoo

From the moment I received the enquiry about doing this cake, I smiled... it brought back such lovely memories of reading this over and over again when my boys were babies. No edible images used - all the decoration was hand cut / hand drawn and hand-modelled.
