Wedding Cake 'Alice'

I love my latest cake. It has enough bling and sparkle to satisfy my inner Essex Girl, but remains elegant, tasteful and classy. Perfect for a winter wedding! I can't take credit for the original design, but despite trying several times, I've been unable to find the original cake maker to credit.

Wedding Cake 'Matlida'

So many different elements on this cake, but they work so well together... ruffles; gold lustre; hand-piped royal icing; cake lace; pearl lustre. This has to be one of my favourites!

Stack of Books Wedding Cake

Liz & Jess made history by having the first same-sex wedding at their synagogue and I was thrilled to be asked to make their wedding cake.  Liz is an English teacher (I know Jess is a teacher, too, but I'm not sure in which subject) and they had a beautifully romantic literary themed wedding in a stunning octaganol former library.

The cake flavours they chose were red velvet; lemon; and coffee.
