Cake - Costa Coffee To Go!

It's not often I get to attend the celebration for where the cake I make is destined...  but this time I was on the invite list!  This cake was for my brother-in-law's surprise 40th birthday.  He and my sister spend many a morning in the local Costa Coffee after the school run, when he's working from home or has the day off...  so we thought this would be an ideal cake for him.
