This young lady, who has a keen interest in politics, is excited that she's now old enough to vote! It actually took me about a week before I 'twigged' as to the other names on the ballot paper (only when I said them out loud!) Apparently we have her dad to thank for those!!

Loop Bow Cake

I'm not sure which of these pics I prefer, so I thought I'd upload both!!

10" vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream, covered with marzipan and sugarpaste and finished with an edible loop bow and multi-coloured hearts.  The loop bow takes time to make, but the overall look of this cake is simple, but so pretty!
